1. ABOUT PRIMARY FUNDRAISING HUB

1.1 Primary Fundraising Hub (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides fundraising kits, downloadable resources, and related educational materials to UK primary schools and educational organisations.

1.2 Products such as the Science Gadget Shop, Fundraising Kits, and all associated downloadable and printed resources are proprietary products created and distributed by Primary Fundraising Hub.

1.3 All materials, including artwork, documents, templates, illustrations, logos, and product designs, remain the intellectual property of Primary Fundraising Hub unless otherwise stated.

2. POSTAGE, PACKAGING & DELIVERY

2.1 Standard UK delivery is charged at £5.95 per order.

2.2 Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and other international addresses is charged at £19.95.

2.3 An Express Delivery service is available for UK customers at £9.95.

2.4 Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 working days, though please allow up to 10 working days during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, end of term, and national events).

2.5 Orders under 1kg are shipped via Royal Mail. Heavier items are sent via Parcelforce or an equivalent tracked courier service.

2.6 Delivery times are estimates only; we cannot be held liable for delays caused by postal services or external factors.

3. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS & SUBSTITUTIONS

3.1 In rare cases, an item in your fundraising kit may become unavailable after placing your order.

3.2 We will replace unavailable items with similar products of equal or greater value at no additional cost.

3.3 Substitutions will remain consistent with the theme, quality, and purpose of the kit.

3.4 You will never be charged extra for substitutions.

4. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

4.1 Many of our resources are supplied as digital downloads (PDF, ZIP, or online access).

4.2 Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.

4.3 Schools may use downloadable resources for internal educational or fundraising purposes only.

4.4 Digital resources may not be:

redistributed, shared externally, or uploaded to a public website
resold or incorporated into products for sale
modified or copied for commercial use without written permission

5. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

5.1 We comply with the UK GDPR and all relevant data protection legislation.

5.2 We will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5.3 We may list your school name on our website as a participating or returning customer. If you would prefer not to be listed, please contact us and we will remove your details immediately.

5.4 All payment information is processed securely through trusted third-party payment services.

6. SALES, PRODUCT INFORMATION & FUNDRAISING OUTCOMES

6.1 Full product descriptions, pack contents, and profit estimates can be found in the latest Fundraising Kit Information Pack, available via our website.

6.2 Fundraising profitability may vary depending on school size, event type, pricing choices, and local engagement.

6.3 Any fundraising profit figures shown on our website or promotional materials are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7. PAYMENTS

7.1 We accept the following payment methods:

BACS / Bank Transfer
Credit or Debit Card
Cheque (payable to Primary Fundraising Hub)

7.2 Invoices must be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

7.3 Late payments may result in delayed dispatch, cancellation of future orders, or withdrawal of discounts.

7.4 Goods remain the property of Primary Fundraising Hub until payment is received in full.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8.1 Physical items may be returned within 30 working days provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

8.2 To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order.

8.3 Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving returned items.

8.4 Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

the item is faulty
the item is incorrect
we have agreed otherwise in writing

8.5 The following items are non-refundable:
digital downloads
partially used fundraising kits
items damaged due to misuse, storage, or handling after delivery

9. GUARANTEES

9.1 Some fundraising kits include a profit guarantee (“If you don’t make a profit, we’ll refund the difference”).

9.2 The guarantee applies only when kits are used in accordance with the guidance provided in the Information Pack.

9.3 Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your fundraising event and supported by reasonable evidence of sales totals.

9.4 The guarantee does not apply where items were given away, sold below recommended price, or used outside intended fundraising format.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including designs, text, images, logos, illustrations, product concepts, and downloadable materials—is owned by Primary Fundraising Hub or its licensors and is protected under UK copyright law.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without express written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 We are not liable for:

loss of profits from fundraising activities
incorrect or unsafe use of products
delays caused by postal services or third-party couriers
loss or damage arising from reliance on website information
technical issues, interruptions, or website downtime

11.2 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
